She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent NJ; her husband Frank Webb; her children, Debbie Waggoner, Randy Webb (Debbie), Susan Lott (Frank), Donna Webb (Brent McWilliams), Judy Seymour (David) and Scott Webb; and her grandmother Mommom.
