She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence E. Jack; her sons, Ronald Manka (Megan), Donald Manka (Diane) and John Jack (Meghan); her grandchildren, Angel, Zack, Aiden, Gabriel, Shane, Olivia and TJ; and her great grandchildren, Thomas and Rylan.
She is survived by: her brothers, Bobby, Johnny, George and Ronnie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
