Megan left this world on April 13, 2025 at the age of 35, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edith Delio, Robert and Margaret Osborne. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Delio and Kathleen Delio (Osborne); her husband Karthik Ramesh; her sisters, Maura Delio and Molly Delio; her grandfather Edward Delio Sr.; her in-laws, Ramesh Babu and Kavitha S; and her sister-in-law Shruthi CR. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home Inc. - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335).
