He is survived by: his friend Constance Weindorfner of Sellersville, PA; his son Dale W. Rush; his granddaughters, Jennifer Jordon (Christopher) and Laura Rush; his great grandchild Eva Jordon; his siblings, Frank R., Joan Onori and Shirley Weber; his daughter Kathy Welk (Lawrence); his grandchildren, Michael Welk, Faith Zimmerman and Melissa Welk; his great grandchild Luke Matthew Zimmerman; his friends, Bill Siter and Hal Hosey; his parents, Frank Oliver Rush and Nellie Rush Zoll; his stepfather Rudolph Zoll; and his siblings, Billy Rush, Dorothy Rush, Paul Rush, Moe Rush, Carol Rush, Russell Rush and Charles "Sonny" Rush.
