She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Frederick J. Cook (Jean) of Riverside and Timothy P. Cook (Clareann) of Cinnaminson; her grandchildren, Alysha Cook, Caitlyn Cook and Cindy Conley (William); and her great grandchildren, Melody, Brandon and Trevor.
