He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Nee Haftek); and his sons, Steve Phillips of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Mike Phillips of Lavallette, NJ, Gavin Phillips of Riverdale, NJ and James Phillips of Riverdale, NJ. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
