He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Tara DuHaime (Richard), Jill Conklin (Michael), Jo Ann Ciaburri (Daniel), Janice McInerney, Daniel, Christine and Timothy (Barbara); his sister Maria Timmes (Bob); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Bobby, Alexandra, Andrew, Sean, Justin, Charlotte and Dominick.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory to the Riverdale Police Department would be greatly appreciated by his family.
