He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Spillane and Anna Bernstein Spillane (Elizabeth Anne). He is survived by : his daughter Lisa Spillane Eldridge (David Eldridge) of Brielle; his grandchildren, Sarah, Dylann and Evan Eldridge; and his sister Jane Courtney (Bill) of Los Angeles.
