He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bailey and Virginia Bailey (Buck). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bailey; his children, Michele Hill (Mike), William Bailey (Jen), Dawn Bailey (Tabby) and Boyd Reeves; his siblings, Walter Bailey (Ruth), Ginny Maier (Bill), Robert Bailey (Sue) and Budd Bailey (Joann); and his pet Midnight. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
