She is survived by: her children, Miles Lentz (Denise), Jerry Lentz (Debbie) and Cheryl Iagovino (Mike); her brother Joseph "Winky" Welischek; her grandchildren, Shannon (Ryan), Kimberly (Rich), Donnie (Shannon), Jillian (Jim) and Michaela; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Carleigh, Riley, Avery, Cole, Olivia, Ryan, Declan and Travis; and her great great grandchild Leo.
