He was predeceased by: his daughter Myalisa Lunsford. He is survived by: his sons, Justin (Mother) and Adam (Mother); his parents, Jane and John Lunsford, Sr.; his sisters, Nicole and Sara (Drew Hurst); and his nephew Jacob Hurst. He is also survived by father to his two sons.

Memorials may be given to Cooper Hospital's Cancer Center.
