He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Minissale. He is survived by: his mother Jane Minissale; his sister Barbara Johnson; his children, Kara Carelli, Deirdre Minissale, Andrea Cosmillo and Michael Minissale; and his grandson KJ Cosmillo.
