He is survived by: his children, Jason (Mercedes DeGroat) and Kelly DeGroat; his siblings, Christopher, Butch, Avery, Leon DeGroat, Carol Nelson, Janice Debose, Silvia VanDunk and Rose VanDunk; his grandchildren, Justin, Janelle DeGroat, Devin (Alexa DeGroat) and Deion Milligan; and his great grandchildren, Aribella, Davian DeGroat and Kollin Milligan.
