He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sydney De Groat and Cora Gertrude De Groat; and his siblings, Paul Eugene Van Dunk and Loretta Rusinyak. He is survived by: his wife Anna Jean; and his siblings, Roger De Groat, Sydney De Groat, Marva McKinney, Brenda De Groat, Maureen Van Dunk and Mary Brink. He is also survived by many sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews as well as many other relatives and friends.
