He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Ruscher and Mary Gerhard Ruscher. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Ruscher of Flemington, NJ, William Ruscher of Ringoes, NJ, Christopher Ruscher, John Ruscher (Jake) of Califon, NJ and Lorraine Ruscher of Phillipsburg, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Susan, Jessica, Bill, Angus, Samantha, Paige and Jack. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
