She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Passerello and Genive Schenck Passerello; her husband Steve H. Balik; and her brother Thomas Passerello. She is survived by: her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Prall Balik of Sterling, VA; her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Mark Hurban of Flemington, NJ; her siblings, Betty Shew of Florida and Arthur Passerello of Bridgewater, NJ; and her grandchildren, Lauren Balik, Brian, Allison Balik, Ann, Christopher and Scott Hurban.
