He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eddie and Diane; and his nephew Jason. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughter Nina Evans Orozco; his son-in-law Carlos Orozco; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Viviana Orozco and Michael Evans; and his sisters, Rose (Bruce), Yvonne, MaryAnn (Gerald) and Beverly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Wylie's memory.
