He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nils Johnson and Martha Blue; his friend Myrtle Johnson; his wife Myrtle Johnson; his siblings, Lois Michelson of Utah and Warren Hayes (Harold Johnson) of Washington; his sons, Erik Johnson (Maria) of North Carolina and Evan Johnson (Tara) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Christopher, Meghan, Brandon and Zachary; and his pets, Pippen and Ozzy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
