He is survived by: his parents, Jo Ann Bolt and Anthony Bolt; his wife Julia; his sons, Nicholas, Michael and Peter; his daughter-in-law Olivia Vignone-Bolt; his sister Kathi Lauretta (Roseann Logan); his brothers-in-law, Sal Lauretta, Steven Zarycki, Leonard Lanza and Todd Logan; and his nieces and nephews, Catherine Blanar, Christina Cordaro, Alexis Zarycki, Jenaka Lauretta, Victoria Lauretta, Christopher Zarycki and Matthew Logan.
