He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Jacobson (Nicholas) of Tenafly. He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn; his daughter Alexa; his sisters, Beth Barrett of Bloomingdale and Diane Borie of Hewitt; his nieces, Megan, Amanda, Ally and Amy; his nephew Kevin; his father Walter Jacobson; and his sisters, Michelle, Kaitlyn and Laura. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and many friends.
