He is survived by: his wife Penny; his sons, Peter, Matthew (Michelle Warren) and Timothy (Sigal); his grandchildren, Hailey, Trevor, Perry, Paige, Gavin, Phoenix and Pearl; his brother-in-law William Scott (Rena); his daughter Melissa; his sister Anne; his niece Megan; his nephew Raymond; his cousin Tom (Winnefred); and also, Daniel, Jonathan and Samantha. He is also survived by his many, many friends and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
