We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2024, at the age of 96, Marie N. DeVita D. (Ridgewood, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic and Maria; and her siblings, Joan (Julio), Aldo (Frances), Elda (Hector), Edith (Armand), Leonard (Mary) and Elsie (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Stephen of Paramus, NJ, Maria DeVita Meyers (Keith) of Englewood, NJ, Robert of Westfield, NJ, Thomas (Margaret) of Ridgewood, NJ, Joseph (Laura) of Rye, NY, John (Stephanie) of Darien, CT. and Michael Gillson (Elizabeth) of Venice, FL.. She is also survived by ten children, and her six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Basralian Funeral Service (559 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, NJ 07649). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (1 Passaic St, Ridgewood, NJ 07450). A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Maryrest Cemetery (770 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430).
