He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Miller and Katheryn Miller. He is survived by: his wife Joan Elizabeth Schaffer; his children, Lydia Miller of Brookfield, WI, Christopher Miller of Nashua, NH and Curtis Miller (Karen) of Birmingham, MI.; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Griffin (Kimberly), Andrew, William and Roger.
