It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Harte of Ridgewood, New Jersey, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on May 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Grace Ferry of Stockbridge and William Palmer; her former husband Deane E. Witt of New York City; her children, Cameron H. Witt of Burlington, MA, Derek V. Witt of Stockbridge, MA and Jeffrey S. Witt (Laurie) of Wellesley, MA; her husband Richard Harte, Jr. of Manchester-By; and her grandchildren, Annika Witt, Allison Witt and Cooper Witt.
