He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Droste and Margaret Droste (Price); and his brother Richard Droste. He is survived by: his wife Mary Droste; his children, Christian (Katie), Karl, Erik, Kurt Droste (Lilie) and Alexa Drumm (Jacob); his grandchildren, Elora, Abigail, Calvin, Zachary, Dustin, Nathan, Collin, Ethan, Jimmy and Kevin; and his siblings, Robert Droste (Mandy) and Anne Schlesinger (David).
