She is survived by: her daughters, Colette Jacqueline Acosta-Borell and Elizabeth Louise Dunn (Michael); her granddaughter Caroline Laura Dunn; her husband Edward Blas Acosta of Metropolitan Hospital; and also Executive Director of Metropolitan Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacqueline's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
