He was predeceased by: his brother Guillermo; and his parents, Julio Villalba and Birtha Villalba. He is survived by: his spouse Fidelia; his sons, Giovanni and Miguel of Syracuse, NY; his daughter-in-law Joanne; his grandchildren, Ani, Alex and Michael; and his siblings, Julio of Florida, Miguel of Ohio, Luis Alberto of Washington, Arturo of Tennessee, Roberto of Ohio, Fernando of Ohio and Elizabeth of Ohio.

Throughout his life he participated in various charity rides.
