It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold V. Walter (Ridgewood, New Jersey), born in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his granddaughter Jaclyn Ellyse Coolong; his siblings, Frank Walter, Rev. Joseph J. Walter, Veronica Nolan, Rev. Raymond R. Walter, S. J., Marie Walter, Robert Walter, Eugene Walter and John Walter; his children, Diane H. Eliya (Sami), Anita W. Conwell (Thomas) and Claire A. Winters (Karl); his grandchildren, Carol, James, Helen, Steven Eliya, Peter, Rebekah, Katherine Gray and Vanessa Coolong (Christopher Harlan); and his great grandchild Finnley Grace Harlan. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Ridgewood, NJ, for COVID-19 relief.
