He is survived by: his children, John Cooper of Hackensack and Elizabeth Scannell (Albert Rylak) of Annandale; his grandson David Scannell of Frenchtown, NJ; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Cottrell and Vaughn Walker; and his niece Susan Cottrell.
