He is survived by: his wife Angelica (Siliato); his children, Salvatore L. Calfa (Juanita), George Calfa, Frank S. Calfa Jr. (Susan) and Maria Teresa DePaul (Vincent); his grandchildren, Shawn, Brian, Christie, Frank III, Joseph, Stephen and Matthew; and his siblings, Alfred Calfa and Louise Caruso. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
