He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Behrer; and his stepson Bill Bloodgood. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Endriss Behrer; his children, Diane Susan Bierwirth of Burlington, NC and Jeffrey Arthur Behrer (Phyllis) of Moneta, VA; and his stepson David Bloodgood (Lori) of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters and 1 great-grandson.
