He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Cathy). He is survived by: his children, Kate Hartwyk (Doug Pepe), Sarah (Adam Schlenoff) and Brian (Caitlin Hartwyk); his grandchildren, Charlie, Henry, Teddy, Brady, Camden and Emily; and his brothers, James, Jr. (Kathleen), Jeffrey, Sr. (Lenora), Mark (Joanne), Philip (Eleanor) and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
