She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert George Blake; her son John P. Blake; and her brother John O'Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert V. Blake, Vincent L. Blake and Mary E. Purdy; her daughter-in-law Mary Callahan Blake; and her brothers, Peter O'Sullivan, James O'Sullivan and Vincent O'Sullivan. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
