He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Howard and Joseph Aloysius Howard; his brother Robert Howard; his parents-in-law, William Webber and Mildred Webber; his brother-in-law William Webber; and also Francis McGrath.
He is survived by: his wife Karla; his children, Jacqueline Howard, Jennifer McNulty and Patrick; his children-in-law, Albert Cavallo, William McNulty and Sharon Howard; his grandchildren, Ashley, Zachary, Ryan, Chase, Sydney and Eamon; his siblings, Donald and Mary Siemborski; and also, Thomas McGrath, Vincent McGrath and Elizabeth Colarusso.
Interment will be private .In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to The Friendly Sons of the Shillelaghs of the Jersey Shore, PO Box 627, Belmar, NJ 07719.
