He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavinia Hintelmann and Joseph P. Hintelmann; and his brothers, Joseph and Paul. He is survived by: his brother Tom; his son Tom (Mindy); his wife Maureen Dougherty Hintelmann; his brother James (Keansburg); his daughter Nancy Murphy (Sean); and his grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Tommy, Michael, Kaitlin and Katherine. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
