He was predeceased by: his mother Vincenza D'Agostino (James); his wife Gloria Terrano; his father James; and his sisters, Jennie, Sadie, Anna and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his children, James, Thomas (Donna) and Jeannine (Frank Vaccaro); his sister June; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Shannon D'Agostino, Francesca, Andrew and Juliana Vaccaro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
