She is survived by: her husband Edward; her daughters, Mary Melissa Smyklo (Joe), Stacy Jackiewicz (Matthew) and Colleen Nogowski (Josh); her grandchildren, Leah, Emma, Averey, Connor, Callan and Quinn; and her caregiver Samy.
