We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 76, Ruth Welch (Red Bank, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William T. Welch; her daughter Bonnie Anne; and her parents, Clarence Hyer and Ruth. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Mandella; her son-in-law Dave; her brother Clarence Hyer (Nina); her grandchildren, Bryanne Davis (Ray), David Mandella (Chandler) and Kacie Ridgeway (Mike); and her great grandchild Benjamin Davis. She is also survived by Many loving nieces, and nephews, and extended family, along with three life-long friends.
Family and friends are welcome to attend; please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
