She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ambrosi, Gina Iacono and Joseph Guastella; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Iacono, Melissa Iacono (Andrew Harwood), Michael (Sara Ambrosi), Jenna Rose Ambrosi, Olivia, James and William Guastella; her great grandchildren, George, Eloise Harwood and Annabelle Rose Ambrosi; her close friend Herbert Jollett; and also, Joe Iacono and Joanna Scott.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
