He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jack and Dorothy Mae Steelman (Bracken); his former wife Linda N. Steelman; and his brother Raymond Tim Steelman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine R. Steelman (Smith); his children, Alissa Nelyn Steelman of Columbus and William Hunter Steelman of Charleston; and his brother Randall Scott Steelman of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
