He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Woods and Catherine C. Woods; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his siblings, Big, Mary Joan (Art Ziemanis), Theresa (John Doyle), John Woods, Kathleen (Bruce Freund), Bob (Judy Woods) and Michael Woods; and his sister-in-law Joan Woods. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
