She was predeceased by: her mother Leola Lewis; her husband Junior Booker, Sr.; her father Ralph Lewis; her daughter Dolores Douglas; her sons-in-law, Dolton G. Douglas, Jr. and Wayne S. Jones (Junior Booker, Sr.); her siblings, Ralph (Marguerite), Jack (Florence), Howard (Matilda), Hobart (Qwendolyn), George (Anna Mae), Andrew (Frances), Leola Williams (Gerald), Alice Parker (Junior), Frances Anderson (Leon) and Ruth Nicholson (Timothy); and her siblings-in-law, Joan, Authur Osborn and George Brown.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles Thompson, Sr.; her children, Junior, Harold, Pauline and Charlene; her daughter-in-law Hye Suk; her siblings, Donald, Virgil, Doris and Shirley; her sister-in-law Romona; her goddaughter Barbara Peterson; and her daughter-in-law Donna Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and loving family & friends.
