He is survived by: his mother Mary; his siblings, Karen, Gloria, Carl and Tom; his wife Ellen; his sons, Matt and Dan; his daughter-in-law Thais; and his grandchildren, Rocco and Ruby. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In remembrance of Lou's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Family Resource Associates, a charity for which Lou volunteered and held near and dear to his heart.
