Julia Barreca Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2021, at the age of 99, Julia Barreca of Red Bank, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Ruffini and Theresa Ruffini (Palendrano); and her husband Patrick "Bruce" Barreca. She is survived by: her siblings, Cecilia Ruffini, Clarence Ruffini (Blackie), Joseph Ruffini (Lupie), Rose Grandinetti and Victor Ruffini; her sons, Bruce P. of Red Bank and Mark J. (Susan) of Oceanport; her grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah and Michael; her nieces and nephews, Joan Green (Grandinetti), Lois Ruffini, Elaine Martin, Rosemarie Ruffini, Joseph Ruffini, Robert McAllen and Frank McAllen; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert, Joseph Fedore, Ariella, Alyssa Ruffini and Phaedra Lightbody.
As an option in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to charities important to Julia, including The Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
