With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John James Mego Sr. (Red Bank, New Jersey), who passed away on February 27, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Mego; his daughter Margaret Mego-Cooper; his sisters, Helen, Irene, Rio, Patsy, Gigi and Peggy; and his parents, William Sr. Mego and Margaret Mego.
He is survived by: his brother William Jr.; his sister-in-law Loretta Mego of Howell; his children, John Jr. (Angela Mego), Michael Mego of Red Bank, Carol (Frank Campanella) and Patricia (Michael Zilly); his grandchildren, Evan Mego, Kristina (Kevin Maysonet), Michael (Hilary Zilly), Melinda (Brian Silvia), David Zilly (Karly Bais) and Kaitlyn Zilly (Otto Kerler); and his great grandchild Noah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
