He was predeceased by: his parents, John Davies Sr. and Rita Van Sciver; his brother William Davies; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Davies and Louis Buttrick.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Buttrick Davies; his children, John W. (Sharon) of Tinton Falls, Glenn (Debbie) of Howell, Christopher of Ocean and Cynthia D Powers (Bruce) of Katonah, NY; his sister Joanne of Poinciana, FL; his grandchildren, Lauren, Kalynn, Noelle, Danielle, Justin and Kristin; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Adam, William, Olivia and Sadie.
