She was predeceased by: her husband Allen R. Lewis; her daughter Janet Hartoin; and her brother Louis Nicol (Susan). She is survived by: her children, Allen E. Lewis (Charlotte "Charli") and Diane L. Quarles (Keith); her grandchildren, Melissa Morris (George Slater), Erin Quarles (Nicholas Spatola), Philip Quarles, Mason Lewis and Cooper Lewis (Alexandra "Alex"); her stepgrandchildren, Casey, Kylie Kruse, Cade, Ethan and Fynn Slater; her son-in-law Robert Hartoin; and her siblings, Charles "Charlie" Nicol (Florence) and Marilyn Palosin.
