She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester and Irene Sturges (Dean); her husband James Farrell; her son Jimmy Farrell; and her brothers, Ken and Sylvester Sturges.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Bob McNaughton), Maureen (Dick Kaye), Irene (Jim Towt), John (Trish Farrell), Tom (Katharine Farrell), Bob (Diane Farrell) and Mary Beth (Pat Larkin). She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
