He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Coppola and Michael Coppola. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; and his daughters, Ramona Hays (Paul), Elisa Polifka (Mike), Mary Jo DiSciullo (Alan) and Laura Wallach (Geff).

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Carmelite Nuns of Flemington, 26 Harmony School Rd, Flemington, NJ 08822, a charity that Frank and his family have been devoted to for years.
