He was predeceased by: his father Edward C. Puth Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Puth (Lusk); his wife Cynthia Ruth Puth; his children, Angela (Robert Satter) and Edward C. Puth III (Laura); his grandchildren, Preston, Logan Satter, Tyriannah Reaves, Melania, Lailah Puth-Reaves and Edward C. Puth IV; and his siblings, Pamela (Craig Bosmans), Nancy Puth and Charles Puth (Debbie). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
